It was hard to narrow it down, but I've uploaded my favorites from our family photo session. Enjoy!

Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day, Bryan left work to find his car plastered with love notes all over! Then, when he got home from work, he found a nail tied to our front door and a house full of balloons tied to Diet Coke (I know my audience) waiting for him to pop. Inside of the each of the balloons was a Valentine especially for him. He found a letter from me, a letter from Andlie, both of our handprints, family photos for his wallet, and tickets to see the Utah Jazz play!

When Bryan got home from work, he had me get in the car and put a blindfold on. I took my blindfold off to find a beautiful table set with candles, confetti, roses, and complete with music playing in the background. Bryan had set up a romantic dinner for two at the Alumni House at SUU!

Daddy also got Andlie a Valentine: Two adorable red bows that she loved!

Andlie also got kisses from Mommy! We love our sweet girl and we're so happy that she celebrated her first Valentine's Day with us! We love you, Andlie!

AND, she got a ladybug from Shennie and some toys from Grandma & Grandpa Goodwin! She loves them all! She is so thankful for such wonderful family close by and loves all of you so much!

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! Again, I am so thankful for Bryan and the amazing, thoughtful husband that he is. He was so sweet to plan such a perfect evening for me. Thank you, Bryan, for always making sure that I know that you love me - - not only because he says it at least once each day, but because he shows me in so many ways each day. I love you, Bryan! Here's to another wonderful Valentine's Day and many more to come!

Today I Feel

Today I feel tired.

Today I feel like my Daddy can put me to sleep by hanging me in the air.

Today I feel like I've been in and out of the carseat too many times.

Today I feel like nothing in the world could wake me up.

Today I feel like I do not like what Daddy is trying to watch on the TV. . .

. . .but I feel like I do like what Mommy chooses.

Today I feel like I would like to stay in the swing, Mommy. Thanks for asking though.

Today I feel like I will be the boss of Mommy and Daddy forever. Just try and stop me.

These Are A Few of Her Favorite Things

From now on, most posts will probably consist of several darling pictures of Andlie and facts about her because she is clearly the cutest baby girl to ever grace the earth and is making us smile all day long! We sure LOVE HER! Here are a few of her favorite things.

Andlie loves growing! At her one month check up, she weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces (35%), was 22.5 inches long (90%), and her head measured 15 centimeters (70%)!

Andlie loves being out of her mommy. Okay, maybe that is one of my favorite things.

Andlie loves to wear a darling bow each day. *See each of the following pictures. This may also be one of my favorite things.

Andlie loves to learn new things. She has spent a few minutes in her Bumbo learning how to sit up and, surprisingly, doesn't hate it. She loves to look around and I'm pretty sure she loves her house.

Andlie loves to smile! *Remember the post about how she licked her own placenta? She has recently found her tongue and licks everything in sight. We love that she spends an hour in the morning talking to us and smiling at us, after, of course, she spends half hour making not so delicate grunting noises trying to wake up. She's adorable. Period.

Andlie loves to have her picture taken. Okay, maybe another one of my favorites.

Andlie loves to sleep with her sleepin' buddy, Daddy! She sure seems comfy on his chest.

Actually, Andlie loves just hangin' out with her Dad and especially enjoys watchin' TV with him.

Andlie loves to have her hands free. Unless it's night time, her hands are free and available for play at all times.

Andlie loves to have baths and especially loves to try and drink the water when it gets close enough.

Andlie loves to sleep and is even slowly, but surely, learning how to sleep at night! Yay!

Andlie loves to be in her carseat and usually enjoys a leisurely ride in the ol' Cavy.

As you can see, we think that each and every thing that Andlie does is miraculous and deserves a quick pic! We are so grateful for her in our lives and can't believe how much a Mommy and Daddy can love our Andlie!
